Every Epico order includes our 100% recyclable signature packaging. Every jewelry box is handmade out of recycled kraft paper and our jewelry pouches are handcrafted out of organic cotton for your piece's good storage and well maintenance, increasing the percentage of recycled materials we use.
Protective Mailer Box
Our mailer boxes are made out of sturdy cardboard and are biodegradable. Made with recycled kraft board, they are kind to the Earth and highly protective.

Fulfillment Time
You will receive confirmation of your purchase via email within 24 hours. We understand you are excited to receive your order. However, we do ask that you allow up to 2 business days for our team to process your order upon confirmation of payment.
Each order goes through a quality control inspection. All items are packaged, boxed and then placed into protective shipping boxes, preparing the journey to you.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, a secondary shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to your inbox ( within 3 days). If you have trouble receiving this email, please check your spam folder first or contact us for additional help.

Pricing
Our prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. On the final payment page, the price will be displayed and charged in Canadian dollars. Your credit card company will convert that amount based on the day’s current exchange rate. Visit http://www.xe.com/ for up-to-date rates.

Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $150. For orders to be shipped outside of Canada you shall be responsible for any applicable customs duties/taxes as the case may be.
The average shipping time within Canada is 2-4 business days via Canada Post.
The average North American shipping time is 3-10 business days.
International tracked shipments are expected to arrive within 14 to 21 business days.
This excludes any weekends or holidays. Your country’s local postal service will process the final delivery of international packages.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Domestic express shipping options are available via Canada Post.***
Worldwide express shipping options are available via DHL, Fedex & UPS.***
Express shipping options are available and are calculated at checkout, based on the shipping address/ location.
The average shipping time via DHL Express within North America is 1-3 business days.
The average shipping time via Canada Post within Canada is 2-4 business days.
