We offer free shipping & returns in Canada when you spend $100 or more. USA free shipping available when you spend $150 or more.  We are happy to accept any returns or exchanges on regular priced items up to 15 days after being delivered. Shipping

FULFILLMENT TIME

​You will receive a confirmation of your purchase within 24 hours. We understand you are excited to receive your order. However, we do ask that you allow up to 2 business days for our team to process your order upon confirmation of payment. Each order goes through a quality control inspection by one of our team members. All items are packaged, boxed and then placed into protective shipping envelopes preparing the journey to you.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, a secondary shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to your inbox. If you have trouble receiving this email please check your spam folder first or contact us for additional help.

PACKAGING

Each and every order comes with a deep blue protective velvet pouch and a cotton-filled handmade jewelry box. If you need additional packaging for gifts, a gift receipt, or would like a note written inside, please email us with your order number and we’ll happily do so! Receipts are not enclosed in the box – they are emailed to you separately, so if it is a gift, do not worry.

PRICING

SHIPPING

We offer worldwide shipping for all orders. For orders to be shipped outside of Canada you shall be responsible for any applicable customs duties/taxes as the case may be. The average shipping time within Canada is 3-5 business days via Canada Post.

The average North American shipping time is 3-10 business days. International tracked shipments are expected to arrive within 14-21 business days, this excludes any weekends or holidays. Final delivery for international packages will be processed by your country’s local postal service.

Express shipping options are available via Canada Post and are calculated at checkout, based on the shipping address and location.

DELAYED PACKAGE

We have established partnerships with all our carriers and aim to deliver all packages within the quoted time frame. Please note we will not be held responsible for delays in packages that may occur due to weather, incorrect address information or carrier-related issues that are out of our control. We will do our best to resolve each issue for all of our customers in regards to reshipments, claims or lost package to the best of our ability. 

 In the event a package has been lost, missing or cannot confirm delivery with tracking we will process a reshipment of the order. Packages that show a confirmed delivery from the carrier will be subject to investigation and not eligible for a refund until resolved. Should your package not show up, or arrive damaged, please contact us at info@epicodesigns.com with your order number. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

  • We are happy to accept any return or exchange on regular priced items up to 15 days after being delivered. Unfortunately, returns will not be accepted once the 15-day timeframe has passed noted on the order tracking confirmation. 
  • Products marked down in price are final sale items and not eligible for return (these products are marked down with their reduced price in red). Please note that full-priced items purchased using discount codes or during a site-wide sale period are not considered final sale.
  • Gift cards and pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.***​

 

Please allow up to 14 business days from the time you mail the return or exchange for our team to receive it and process the request. Refunds for returns or new product exchanges will be provided once the item has been received and inspected. Failure to provide the item back in its original branded packaging will result in a repackaging fee of $10. 

Returns

Customers returning items for a refund will not be refunded the original shipping cost or any applicable customs duties/taxes as the case may be. Returns submitted for refunds will be subject to a restocking and handling fee. For all returns and exchanges, items must be unscratched, unscuffed, and unused. 

Exchanges

We aim to fulfill all customer requests regarding exchanges, unfortunately, we are not able to hold any items in inventory. All exchanges are subject to available inventory at the time of return. If your requested item, size or colour is not in stock or has been discontinued, a credit for the value paid will be issued or refund where applicable.
