Each order goes through a quality control inspection. All items are packaged, boxed and then placed into protective shipping envelopes preparing the journey to you.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, a secondary shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to your inbox. If you have trouble receiving this email please check your spam folder first or contact us for additional help.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $100. For orders to be shipped outside of Canada you shall be responsible for any applicable customs duties/taxes as the case may be.

CURBSIDE PICK UP:
Free curbside pick up available for all Edmonton orders. No minimum purchase amount required. Weekly orders placed before Friday will be ready for pick up on the next weekend. Orders placed on or after Friday, will be ready for the following weekend.
Our order pick-up hours are Saturdays & Sundays from 11 am to 7 pm. While we process your order, one team member will contact you to schedule your preferred time slot for pick up.
Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to accept any return or exchange on regular priced items up to 15 days after being delivered. Unfortunately, returns & exchanges will not be accepted once the 15-day timeframe noted on the order tracking confirmation or receipt has passed .
Products marked down in price are final sale items and not eligible for return. Please note that full-priced items purchased using discount codes or during a site-wide sale period are not considered final sale.
Gift cards and pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.***
Please allow up to 14 business days from the time you mail the return or exchange for our team to receive it and process the request. Refunds for returns or new product exchanges will be provided once the item has been received and inspected.
Failure to provide the item back in its original branded packaging will result in a repackaging fee of $10.

Returns will not be processed for any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages and will be returned to sender. Items that have been damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
The original shipping charge is non-refundable and the customer must pay return shipping. Items with a value of $75 or more must be sent using a trackable shipping method.
In the event of an exchange, your original order must be returned, received and validated at our office prior to your replacement order being shipped.
Please ensure to properly address your package. For security purposes, do not write Epico Designs anywhere on the outside your package.
Customers returning items for a refund will not be refunded the original shipping cost or any applicable customs duties/taxes as the case may be. Returns submitted for refunds will be subject to a restocking and handling fee. For all returns and exchanges, items must be unscratched, unscuffed, and unused.
We aim to fulfill all customer requests regarding exchanges, unfortunately, we are not able to hold any items in inventory. All exchanges are subject to available inventory at the time of return. If your requested item, size or colour is not in stock or has been discontinued, a credit for the value paid will be issued or refund where applicable.
